Les Clefs d'Or Foundation of the Americas

Les Clefs d’Or Foundation is a tax-exempt(USA), volunteer, nonprofit organization founded in 1990 to respond to the suffering of concierges and/or their significant others, affected by catastrophic or life-threatening illnesses. While it began as a USA entity, the Foundation today is a Pan-American effort combining and benefiting the UICH sections of the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.

Les Clefs d’Or Foundation provides financial support and in-kind donations of goods and services to persons who are no longer able to work due to the life-threatening illnesses and to individuals who find themselves in financial need through no fault of their own. Those who will benefit include hotel concierges, former concierges in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil; and significant others of the above stated.

Membership in Les Clefs d’Or is not required to receive support from the LCD Foundation.

In 2007, Les Clefs d’Or Relief Fund merged with the Foundation in an effort to incorporate and broaden the scope of needed assistance.

Currently, the Foundation awards grants on a case by case and just basis to eligible candidates.

The Clefs d’Or Foundation and its members appreciate the continued generosity of all donors, with whom we pledge to continue our Foundation expanded mission of service and care.
