We are an association of professional Hotel Concierge across the country with members from the top hotels in most major cities and resort areas. We are over one hundred members strong. Our association is built purely on friendship and professional ethics where no competition exists.

Our motto is “In service through friendship.”

Our association is global with 3500 members in 37 countries around the world. This prestigious group of concierges is a foundation for Canadian hospitality of which hotels are famous for. Our purpose is to be an association that can meet regularly and share ideas to better our knowledge in order to exceed guest expectations. We also meet once a year nationally to ensure consistency is kept throughout our vast country.
